• Support merchandising plans, promotions, planograms and seasonal programs.
• Assist in managing department sales, labor, scheduling, inventory and shrink goals.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with hiring, training, coaching and developing bakery associates.
