Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bakery Operations Manager to lead a fast‑paced store in St. Charles, MO. You will hire, coach, and develop a diverse team, ensuring excellent guest experiences and strong sales performance.

You’ll own daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and local marketing initiatives while building a culture of hospitality and high standards. This hands‑on role offers training, mentorship, and growth opportunities as the brand expands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2–3 mid-to-late shifts Thursday–Sunday.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mindset for day-to-day management.
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences to all guests.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand performance, set priorities, and act on goals using restaurant/retail tech.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bakery operation, ensure shifts are staffed and set up for success.
• Maintain high standards for cookie quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Own scheduling and labor execution balancing team and business needs.
• Manage ordering, inventory accuracy, product rotation, shrink, and bakery controls.
• Create and drive local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
