Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business related or food service-related field desirable.
• Minimum (2) years’ experience in management in retail/restaurant/supermarket environment.
• Previous decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior with associates.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person at the store with a pleasant and positive attitude.
• Oversees department inventories by tracking weekly sales reports, product orders and supplies; assists with scheduling Bakery associates.
• Ensures products are fresh, properly priced, rotated and displayed; maintains logs and adheres to recipes and procedures.
