Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail or supermarket environment.
• Previous decorating experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations and resolves issues promptly.
• Takes customer orders by phone or in person and decorates finished products.
• Assists Bakery Manager in day-to-day operations and scheduling.
• Oversees inventories, weekly sales, and supplies for accurate end-of-period counts.
• Maintains merchandising plans, correct pricing, and logs for production.
• Checks deliveries, ensures proper dating, restocking, and freshness.
• Controls expenses, minimizes shrink, and enforces recipes and safety protocols.
• Keeps bakery stocked, answers questions, and suggests products to customers.
• May assist other departments as needed and participates in training.
