• Previous decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Decorate cakes and bakery items and ensure adherence to recipes.
• Assist Bakery Manager and supervise associates in their absence.
• Monitor inventories, weekly sales, and product freshness; manage restocking.
• Schedule staff, train new associates, and monitor LMS usage.
• Enforce safety and PPE policies and maintain logs.
