Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business-related field or food service desirable.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in management in retail/restaurant/supermarket environment.
• Previous decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person and decorates products.
• Decorates cakes and bakery items with various designs.
• Assists Bakery Manager in day‑to‑day Bakery operations and coverage.
• Oversees inventory, schedules, and training to maximize department performance.
