Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead daily bakery operations, manage guest experience, and uphold NbC brand standards. You will oversee team performance, ensure quality cakes, and support local marketing efforts in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, operations, and community engagement to drive growth and ensure a warm, joyful customer journey at the bakery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education a plus.
• Foodservice safety training certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.
• Minimum 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or food service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach bakery team to deliver superior guest experience.
• Oversee day-to-day bakery operations, including open/close procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain product quality, store standards and visual merchandising.
• Coordinate local marketing and community events to promote NbC brand.
