Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery Mixer for the 3rd shift to join our production team. You will accurately measure, stage, and document ingredients to support production, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role is critical to maintaining recipe accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of related manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts up to 8 hours or more.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work around moving equipment and conveyors while adhering to safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and stage ingredients according to recipe specifications and production schedules.
• Verify and document ingredient lot codes and lot code changes to maintain traceability and compliance.
• Inspect ingredients prior to use to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, allergen control, food defense, and food safety requirements at all times.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and legible production and quality documentation.
• Support equipment reliability and operational efficiency by reporting concerns and using equipment properly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while complying with all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
