Responsibilities

• Operate commercial bakery mixers safely and efficiently.
• Identify and gather ingredients for each dough.
• Measure, weigh and load ingredients per recipes.
• Monitor mixing process to achieve proper dough consistency.
• Transfer dough to the next production stage.
• Complete production documentation accurately (times, weights, ingredients).
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Report for shifts on time in uniform with PPE.

About the Position

New York International Bread Co. is seeking an experienced Commercial Bakery Mixer Operator to join our production team. We are a high-volume commercial bakery producing quality bread products for our customers.

What You\'ll Do

• Operate commercial bakery mixers safely, efficiently, and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Identify and gather the correct ingredients for each dough formulation.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and load ingredients according to established recipes and production specifications.
• Monitor the mixing process and ensure dough reaches the proper consistency for each bread product.
• Transfer completed dough to the appropriate next stage of the production process.
• Complete required production documentation accurately, including mixing times, weights, ingredient amounts, and other required information.
• Follow established food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report to scheduled shifts on time in a clean uniform and with all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work cooperatively with production team members and supervisors to maintain an efficient production flow.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
