Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to work safely in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Able to follow recipes, procedures and production specs.
• Able to measure and record weights and quantities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial bakery mixers safely and efficiently.
• Identify and gather ingredients for each dough.
• Measure, weigh and load ingredients per recipes.
• Monitor mixing process to achieve proper dough consistency.
• Transfer dough to the next production stage.
• Complete production documentation accurately (times, weights, ingredients).
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Report for shifts on time in uniform with PPE.
