Responsibilities

• Identify, report, and assist in resolving food safety and quality issues.

• Take corrective action to prevent nonconforming products.
• Hold and control nonconforming product until resolved.
• Conduct production and quality checks as assigned.
• Discard defective product and report irregularities to minimize waste.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all departments.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Enforce company policies consistently and fairly.
• Observe and report safety concerns.
• Maintain attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

As a high-volume commercial bakery based in Orlando, Florida, we produce breads, bagels, and pretzels for major customers across Central Florida.
