Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Proven ability to manage operations, inventory and guest experience.
• Strong training, coaching and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery team and direct day-to-day operations.
• Manage guest experience and service quality.
• Oversee inventory, par levels and weekly orders.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and training.
