Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes seeks a Bakery Manager/Lead Operator to lead the team, oversee cake production, guest experience, and daily operations in our Georgia bakery.

You will drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership, scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to NbC standards, while delivering high-quality cakes and a welcoming environment for guests.

This role emphasizes coaching, recruiting, and maintaining a positive culture that brings joy to the bakery and community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams, business operations and guest experience in retail, hospitality or food service.
• Demonstrated success in hiring and developing teams and managing costs.
• Experience in inventory par levels, scheduling, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct bakery team and day-to-day operations, ensuring top guest experience and product quality.
• Open/close bakery, balance cash drawer, and manage deposits.
• Oversee special orders and large corporate orders.
• Set weekly sales goals, production plans, and staff schedules; adjust coverage as needed.
• Ensure food safety, brand standards, and visual merchandising.
