• Experience with inventory, production, and display management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily baking, production, and display of bakery products.
• Supervise quality, inventory, and bakery budget.
• Implement improved practices and procedures.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and Weights & Measures compliance.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and storage; rotate merchandise.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews; coach team members.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Maintain customer service excellence and store standards.
