Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Good communication; able to give and take direction in a team
• Able to answer phones and take special orders
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation in the department

Responsibilities

• Manage daily output baking, production, and display of bakery products
• Supervise product quality, monitor inventory, and manage the bakery's budget
• Evaluate department conditions and implement improved practices
• Ensure safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation, and productivity standards
• Plan and execute ordering, receiving, unloading, and storage
• Lead and coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and participate in meetings
