Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery production, output, and displays.
• Supervise quality, inventory, and bakery budget.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards.
• Schedule staff and optimize productivity.
• Hire, train, and promote team members with the Store Manager.
• Lead by example to deliver high customer service.
• Attend in-store meetings and communicate standards.
