You’ll lead a team, manage schedules, control inventory, and drive sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of retail grocery experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with 2+ years retail grocery experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and positive attitude towards customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily output baking, production, and display of bakery products.
• Supervise and monitor product quality and consistency; track inventory and budget.
• Evaluate department operations to identify strengths and implement improvements.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food handling standards are maintained.
• Recruit, hire, and promote team members in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Create schedules to maximize productivity and staffing efficiency.
