You will oversee daily production, display, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and staff coaching to ensure safety, quality, and sales performance. Prior retail bakery supervision is preferred; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Dependable with ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude toward team members and customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation in the department.
• Operate knives, scales, wrappers, and other basic equipment safely.
• Stand for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs as part of daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Adhere to safety, health, and related regulations; obtain a Food Handlers permit.

• Manage the daily output baking, production, and display of bakery products.
• Supervise product quality, monitor inventory, and manage the bakery budget.
• Evaluate operations and implement improved practices and procedures.
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation and productivity standards.
• Responsible for ordering, receiving, unloading, and storage.
• Build and rotate merchandise displays; optimize layout and presentation.
• Plan and order to maximize sales and gross profit; manage staffing and labor.
• Coach team members through feedback and performance reviews; participate in store meetings.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with the Store Manager; address team concerns.
• Adjust schedules to ensure maximum productivity and staffing alignment.
