Nothing Bundt Cakes in Houston is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead daily operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, oversee cake production, and maintain brand standards. You will manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and profitability while ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

The role requires 1–3 years of leadership in retail or food service, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams and guest experience in retail/food service.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory levels and team schedules.
• Comfort with basic accounting, payroll or cost controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Lead guest-focused service and ensure a warm, welcoming store environment.
• Recruit, train and coach team members; manage performance and quarterly reviews.
• Open/close bakery, balance cash drawers and manage daily cash flow.
• Oversee cake production, order fulfillment, and quality standards.
• Plan weekly production and staff schedules; monitor inventory and costs.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement alongside store leadership.
