Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead for our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. You will coordinate the maintenance crew during your shift, perform scheduled and unscheduled tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient use of labor and materials to maintain facilities and equipment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, experience in maintenance (preferably in an automated food processing plant), and strong communication skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a maintenance department, preferably in an automated food processing plant.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and maintenance instructions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on the shift.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, rebuilds, and inspections.
• Manage contractor work as required and assigned.
• Coordinate and monitor work orders and projects using CMMS.
• Conduct root cause analysis of mechanical downtime and recommend improvements.
• Maintain facilities and equipment in compliance with regulations and company standards.
