PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Lead to oversee daily bakery operations, ensure quality, and manage a team of bakers. You will craft breads, pastries, and desserts while maintaining high hygiene and customer service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, directing production, managing inventory, and training team members to ensure smooth operations. Compliance with safety and Serve Safe requirements will be part of the role.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over two years of experience as an Assistant Baker Lead is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is ideal.

Mansioni

• Supervise and manage the bakery team to ensure efficient production.
• Direct baking priorities and production schedules.
• Maintain product availability for profitability and shrinkage.
• Conduct regular quality checks for freshness and implement improvements as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and special orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Train employees in all procedures related to departmental work, including baking, cleaning, proofing, and packaging goods for sale.
• Pass Serve Safe certification if required by county/state regulations.
• Perform baker duties as needed to support customer needs.
