PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Lead to oversee daily bakery operations, ensure high-quality baked goods, and maintain strict hygiene standards. You will manage a team of bakers, handle inventory, and train staff for efficient production and excellent customer service.

The role requires leadership skills, food-safety knowledge, and the ability to work with pace in a retail bakery environment. Weekend availability is typical for this full-time position.

Competenze

• Experience leading a bakery team and coordinating daily production.
• Strong baking knowledge across breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

Mansioni

• Supervise and manage the bakery team, providing guidance to ensure efficient production.
• Direct baking priorities and production schedules to meet demand.
• Maintain product availability for profitability and reduce shrinkage.
• Conduct regular quality checks for freshness and implement improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries and special orders, ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and oversee deliveries and receiving.
• Train staff in baking, cleaning, proofing, and packaging procedures.
• Enforce safety and sanitation procedures and pass Serve Safe certification if required.
