You will handle customer inquiries, manage inventory, train staff, and ensure timely production of breads, pastries, and desserts while maintaining profitability and shrinkage control.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience as an Assistant Baker Lead preferred.
• Supervisory experience is ideal.
• Ability to bake breads, pastries, and desserts with quality and consistency.
