PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Lead to oversee daily bakery operations, bake bread, pastries, and desserts, and maintain high hygiene standards. You will supervise a baking team, manage schedules, handle customer inquiries, and train staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include inventory management, quality control, and ensuring safety compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced bakery setting.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Over two years as an Assistant Baker Lead is preferred; supervisory experience ideal.
• Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour with California compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage the bakery team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient production.
• Direct baking priorities and production schedules.
• Maintain product availability for profitability and shrinkage.
• Conduct regular quality checks for freshness and implement improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries and special orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
• Receive, validate, and store merchandise and ingredient deliveries.
• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Train employees in baking, cleaning, proofing, and packaging goods for sale.
