Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Baker to craft breads, pastries, and desserts in a fast-paced bakery. You will follow recipes, weigh ingredients precisely, and operate mixers and ovens to ensure consistent quality.

You will work with the bakery lead to meet production schedules, assist with inventory, and maintain strict sanitation. Prior bakery or retail experience is a plus; on-the-job training is provided. Must stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over one year of baker experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes.
• Weigh ingredients precisely to ensure quality.
• Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing chambers.
• Shape, mold, and decorate dough into breads, pastries, and desserts.
