Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests, explain cake options and promotions, and help celebrate moments with specialty items. You will process orders via the POS system, promote email club signups, and keep the shop clean and well-stocked.

Flexibility for various shifts is required, with a focus on delivering a memorable experience and upholding NbC standards while engaging with diverse guests in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates high energy, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a point‑of‑sale system and handling monetary transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine their needs to create a superior guest experience.
• Educate guests about NbC cake options, pricing, promotions and merchandise.
• Suggest additional items to complete celebrations (balloons, cards, etc.).
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and invite guests to join the Email Club.
• Maintain clean, organized presentation and replenish display case.
• Assist with cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
