Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes seeks a friendly Guest Service Representative to greet guests, explain cake options, and drive sales in our Canton, MI bakery. You will learn NbC products, handle orders at the POS, and promote celebratory add-ons while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Applicants should be energetic, customer-focused, and able to stand for long periods; 16+ required, flexible shifts available, with opportunities for benefits as a full-time team member.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine interests and needs using NbC service steps.
• Educate guests on cake options, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations (balloons, candles, cards).
• Process orders accurately at the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized bakery presentation and replenish display cases.
