Job summary

SusieCakes Bakery is seeking team members for our California bakeries, offering on-site roles with flexible schedules. You will deliver guest service, handle orders, and support daily bakery operations in a friendly, hospitality-driven environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and ability to work across multiple locations. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, and employee discounts on our desserts.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in quick service food handling is a plus.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to safely operate bakery equipment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest and team relations by living company values.
• Deliver premium guest service according to steps of service and SOPs.
• Take and hand out guest orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Deliver products on an ongoing basis per business needs.
• Answer questions about offerings and pricing with confidence.
• Identify and recover guests who are dissatisfied with service or product.
• Perform shifts to open and close the bakery.
• Assist culinary team as needed and support food safety standards.
