Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Orlando, FL is hiring a part-time Guest Service Representative to warmly assist guests in person and by phone. You will provide creative solutions, lead tours of the bakery, and support crafting, merchandising, and basic clerical tasks.

You will balance POS transactions and maintain product knowledge throughout operating hours. Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication, a friendly, can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask with precision while driving

Responsibilities

• Abide by NBC policies and procedures
• Uphold NBC's image and brand
• Assist other departments when necessary
• Introduce walk-in guests to our bakery and our products with a guest tour
• Assist guests with walk-in orders while using creative solutions
• Suggest balloon sales and up-sell with candles and cards
• Assist phone guests by placing incoming orders
• Give cake presentations and perform quality control tests
• Operate POS with accuracy and efficiency
• Gather guests' email addresses
• Keep samples available during all hours
• Maintain knowledge of NBC's products, prices, and promotions
• Keep retail area clean and neatly merchandised
• Dust retail surfaces twice per week
• Duties assigned by crafting department such as bows and design pieces
• Track inventory and commissions
