Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and identify interests and needs per NbC service steps.
• Educate guests on cake options, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest add-on merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and drive email club signups.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and displays.
• Assist with cake decorations and packaging materials as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and dress code policies.
