Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Guest Service Representative to create a warm, welcoming bakery experience. You will engage guests, offer solutions for celebrations, and help them choose cake sizes, flavors, and add-ons while providing friendly, efficient service.

As the first brand contact, you will uphold NbC standards, process orders at the POS, promote the Email Club, keep display cases attractive, and support the team with a can-do spirit and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• The role requires greeting guests warmly and providing helpful service.
• Knowledge of cake products, flavors, and promotions.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale system and process orders accurately.
• Upholds health and safety guidelines and proper hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greets walk-in and phone guests with warmth to determine interests and needs.
• Educates guests on cake options, sizing, flavors, and promotions.
• Suggests balloons, candles, and cards to complete celebrations.
• Processes orders accurately using the POS system and invites joining Email Club.
• Maintains clean bakery presentation and displays.
• Replenishes merchandise and assists in cake decoration prep.
• Follows dress code and NbC policies; maintains punctuality.
