Nothing Bundt Cakes in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Bakery Manager in Training to lead a team, oversee daily bakery operations, and deliver the highest quality cakes and guest service. The role emphasizes coaching, inventory control, and brand presentation while preparing for full General Manager responsibilities.

The program includes a training period of 3–6 months with a defined salary progression and eventual starting salary between $46,000–$50,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience managing teams, business operations and the guest experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice is great but not required.
• Demonstrated success in hiring and developing teams, creating a superior service environment and a positive work environment.
• Foodservice safety training certificate (or required to obtain within 30 days of employment).
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Prioritizes the guest experience, models superior guest engagement and fosters a positive work environment.
• Recruits and selects talent and ensures performance expectations are clearly communicated and proper training is provided.
• Coaches and follows up to develop team and manage performance; conducts reviews and addresses issues.
• Identifies future leaders and cross-trains team members to ensure bakery coverage.
• Maintains hands-on knowledge of all bakery roles and steps in regularly to perform responsibilities.
