Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager in Smyrna, TN to lead daily bakery operations, supervise a customer-driven team, and drive sales while upholding quality and brand standards.

You will oversee cake production, guest experience, inventory control and P&L management, while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a culture of service that brings joy to the community. Flexible shifts offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience managing teams, business operations and guest experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day bakery operations including guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management and inventory control.
• Drive sales and profitability while ensuring high-quality cakes and superior service.
