Kneads Bakeshop in Baltimore is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations of the fast-paced restaurant and bakery. You will lead the FOH team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial discipline with payroll and inventory management using Toast POS.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff and vendors.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the restaurant and bakery.
• Manage FOH team and train staff for excellent customer service.
• Analyze labor costs and optimize scheduling within budget.
• Handle payroll reconciliation and PTO submissions with accuracy.
• Monitor liquor, market inventory, and waste; ensure compliance with standards.
• Utilize Toast POS for menu updates, reporting and troubleshooting.
