Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ general management experience.
• Progressive management experience with staff supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of working POS register systems.
• Strong profit and loss and sales/marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor financial/operational plans and budgets to meet company goals.
• Schedule, plan, organize work and communicate goals; ensure standards and procedures are followed.
• Lead and motivate multiple departments; review performance and set action plans to grow revenue.
• Hire, train and support cafe management and staff; provide coaching for growth.
• Ensure guest service excellence and adherence to safety policies.
