Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee cake production and brand presentation. You will direct team activities, manage schedules and coaching, and focus on delivering top-quality products and service in a warm, joyful environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, basic P&L understanding, and a commitment to growth and community presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Experience hiring and developing teams and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules, and managing costs.
• Foodservice safety training certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operations and guest experience in store.
• Leads cake production, brand and merchandise presentation.
• Manages staff scheduling, training and coaching.
• Monitors P&L, costs and inventory controls to drive profitability.
• Upholds NbC core values and exceptional customer service.
