Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Proven ability to hire and develop teams and deliver superior service.
• Experience setting productivity goals, inventory par levels and staff schedules.
• Foodservice safety training certificate or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook, and comfortable learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team and day-to-day operation for guest experience, cake production, merchandising and inventory control.
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high-quality cakes and a welcoming environment.
• Uphold NbC core values and serve as culture carrier within the bakery and community.
