Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Proven success in hiring and developing teams to achieve service and financial goals.
• Experience setting productivity goals, inventory par levels and staff scheduling.
• Foodservice safety training certificate (or obtain within 30 days).
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with new tech.
