You will oversee staffing, training, and local marketing initiatives, while upholding food-safety standards and brand presentation across the Bundtique and bakery. This role emphasizes growth, accountability, and celebrating celebrations with joy.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in bakery, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service management.
• Proven success leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong coaching, communication, and team-building skills.
