Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager to oversee all bakery operations and lead a high-performing team. You will drive sales, manage labor and costs, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop staff, maintain quality and safety standards, and collaborate with ownership to execute growth strategies and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operating costs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day bakery operations
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a strong, engaged team
