Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Gjusta Bakery operation on a day-to-day basis, with a strong floor presence.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management to meet business needs.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service standards, and overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations and Culinary leadership to manage financial performance.
