Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• Completed Advanced Leadership Development Program for AGM development.
• ServSafe certified.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Minimum age - 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality bakery-cafe operations while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate leadership in staffing, scheduling, people development and succession planning.
• Drive accountability for the bakery-cafe's success through decisions and problem solving.
• Coach and develop team to ensure exceptional guest service and food safety standards.
• Hire, train, motivate and manage performance to maintain quality standards and service.
• Manage labor, costs and inventory to support profitability.
