Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in the Saginaw area is seeking a self-motivated General Manager to direct daily operations, implement growth strategies, and uphold Crumbl standards. The role includes budgeting, staffing, inventory control, vendor relations, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 20+ staff, work extended hours during busy periods, and receive a base salary starting at $48k-$54k plus monthly and quarterly bonuses based on KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of food/restaurant experience, including management experience for at least 1 year.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Able to work extended hours during critical project phases.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions as needed.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
