Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead one bakery location in Ohio. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, production, inventory management, and customer service, guiding a 15–35 person team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in food and beverage, quick-service restaurants, or bakery settings.
• Hands-on leadership with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop talent.
• Strong financial management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• ServeSafe Ohio Manager Level II certification (or ability to obtain).
• Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, and POS systems like WhenIWork, Workstream, and Slack is a plus.

Overview
