Crumbl Cookies is seeking a General Manager to oversee a bakery location, manage staffing, scheduling, production, inventory, and guest experiences. Lead a team of 15–35, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced, rotating-flavor environment.

You will shape operations, mentor staff, manage costs, and partner with marketing for sales growth while upholding strict quality and safety standards. Sundays off create work-life balance in a dynamic brand.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in food/beverage or bakery settings.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop talent.
• Strong financial management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on leadership with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• ServeSafe Ohio Manager Level II certification (or ability to obtain).
• Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, and POS systems like WhenIWork, Workstream, and Slack.
