Job summary

Bridor is seeking a Market Operator Specialist / Sales in the Greater Miami area. This full-time role involves in-field work four days a week across South Florida, developing new business with cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and hotels.

You will conduct product tastings, manage prospects, and collaborate with distributors and brokers under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager. The position emphasizes baking interest, strong communication, and the ability to travel, call on customers, and

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell in person to foodservice buyers and chefs.
• Interest or experience in baking and bakery products.
• Willingness to travel four days per week in South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily: Identify potential customers, make cold calls and in-person introductory visits, secure appointments, and maintain a target account list.
• Build relationships and sell: Meet chefs, buyers, and business owners, understand their needs and recommend products.
• Bake and present products: Prepare samples and conduct tastings that showcase Bridor's quality and menu applications.
• Develop product expertise: Learn portfolio, baking instructions, handling requirements, and presentation standards.
• Work with distributors and brokers: Join distributor reps on visits, support product training, and participate in food shows and events.
• Grow existing accounts: Introduce additional products, provide responsive support, and help resolve customer concerns.
• Organize your territory: Plan appointments and driving routes, coordinate sample prep, and follow through on requests.
• Track results: Maintain activity and next steps in Salesforce, review progress with RSM, share feedback.
