Bridor Usa, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Market Operator Specialist in Sales to grow the bakery business with cafés, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, colleges, and foodservice partners.

This full-time position is based in the Dallas area with 4–5 days in the field and early starts to bake samples. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will prospect new accounts, demonstrate products, and expand existing relationships throughout the territory.

Responsabilités

• Prospect daily by visiting territory accounts
• Build relationships and sell to chefs, buyers, and owners
• Bake and present samples before visits
• Develop product expertise and training for customers
• Work with distributors and brokers on visits
• Grow existing accounts with new products
• Organize territory with appointments and routes
• Track results in Salesforce and report to regional manager
