Bridor North America is seeking a personable Bakery Sales representative to introduce artisan breads and pastries to cafés, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, colleges, universities, and other foodservice businesses in the South Florida area. You will spend four days per week in the field, building new relationships and representing Bridor at tastings and demonstrations.

Working with the Regional Sales Manager, you will develop new business, manage accounts, and use Salesforce to track activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking, culinary operations, hospitality, or foodservice distribution is helpful.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Education in business, marketing, culinary arts, pastry arts, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prospect daily: identify potential customers, make cold calls and in-person visits, secure appointments.
• Build relationships and sell: meet chefs, buyers, and business owners, understand needs.
• Bake and present products: samples and tastings to showcase Bridor's offerings.
• Develop product expertise: learn portfolio, baking instructions, handling requirements.
• Work with distributors and brokers: support trainings and events.
• Grow existing accounts: upsell products and provide responsive support.
• Organize territory: plan appointments and driving routes, coordinate samples.
• Track results: log activity in Salesforce and review progress with the Regional Sales Manager.
