Job summary

Bridor North America is seeking a driven Retail Regional Sales Manager to expand our premium bakery products across the Western United States. The role emphasizes direct engagement with retail buyers, account growth, and strategic partnerships in In-Store Bakery and Deli departments.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in retail food sales, strong retailer relationships, and the ability to travel 50–70%. This position offers a base salary with performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Five+ years in retail food sales.
• Strong knowledge of In-Store Bakery and Deli market retailers and players.
• Experience calling directly on retail buyers, category managers, and grocery decision-makers.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with direct buyers and distributors.
• Experience working with broker partners to support accounts or markets.
• Experience selling to grocery retail organizations and understanding buying processes.
• Knowledge of category reviews, assortment planning, and merchandising discussions.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% and reside in California with access to a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with leading grocery and retail chains in the Western United States.
• Grow and manage strategic retail accounts within the region.
• Identify and call on retail buyers, category managers, and other decision-makers.
• Maintain ownership of customer relationships while engaging brokers as needed.
• Introduce and present Bridor’s premium bakery products to customers.
• Lead category reviews, business reviews, and customer meetings.
• Develop account-growth plans and regional sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and leadership to support growth.
