Responsibilities

• Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Bakery department.
• Serve customers with outstanding service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Establish department performance goals and manage scheduling to meet demand.
• Assist management with budgeting, expense control, and P&L reviews.
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers and maintain temperature logs.
• Develop and implement a department business plan and seasonal promotions.
